As the event is during peak holiday periods, room availability is limited and all bookings will be actioned on a first come first serve basis.
A deposit of $3,000 is required to guarantee the reservation and must be paid no later than 24th July 2026.
Available deposit methods are Luxon Pay, Merit Deposit Card and Crypto.
Deposits will be refunded once the requirements have been met. Should a player fail to meet the play requirements, the deposit will be retained on a pro-rata basis to cover hotel costs.
Reservations are valid for stays from 6th-17th August 2026 in a Deluxe Room at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel.
Any room nights booked beyond the complimentary allocation must be paid for by the player at the end of their stay.
Reservations are based on double occupancy. Additional guests will incur extra charges payable by the guest.
Upgrade requests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability. Any upgrade charges are payable by the guest.
Additional charges for à la carte restaurants, spa bookings, and other services are payable by the guest.
Flight confirmation is required to finalise the booking.
A reservation will only be considered finalised once full deposit, and flight details have been confirmed.
Process for players wanting to send crypto for hotel promotions:

You will be provided with an address to send a small test to.
Upon receipt of the test, you will receive video confirmation at which point you can then send the balance.
